Janette Parker | Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With nearly 15 years of community association management experience, Janette Parker brings a proven record of leadership, operational excellence, and relationship-building to Parker Association Management.
Throughout her career, Janette has helped grow an association management portfolio by approximately 150 communities while leading a developer services division supporting nearly 100 additional communities.
She founded Parker Association Management with a simple vision: to combine the expertise of a larger management company with the personal attention, accountability, and responsiveness of a founder-led company. Today, Parker serves communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
Grounded in faith, family, and integrity, Janette believes successful communities begin with strong relationships, sound financial foundations, and a commitment to doing what's right.
